Topic: Climate and Volcanism
Date: August 23rd - September 4th, 2015
Location: Heradskolinn on Iceland (a former boarding school Laugarvatn)
Target: Advanced PhD candidates and early career scientists.
Goal: To mix students and lecturers with empirical/proxy and dynamical training within climate science and focus on understanding the basic principles and dynamics behind changes to volcanism and its link to climate in the past, present and future.

Applications: Application deadline was 21st of March and we admitted 30 students to the school.
