Norrøn ordbok is an excellent, concise dictionary, possibly the best on the market. It should be added that there are not many Old Norse dictionaries, but there are at least a few - in Danish, German and English. This dictionary has been published by Det Norske Samlaget and the 5th edition was published during the autumn of 2008:

The most comprehensive dictionary is Johan Fritzner's Ordbog over det gamle norske Sprog (Dictionary of the Old Norwegian Language). Three volumes were published at the end of the 1800s and a fourth supplementary volume was published in 1972. This dictionary is available in digital format from the Documentation Project in Oslo:
