In this webinar Ignacio discussed different models of community benefits required by governments or voluntarily granted by companies concerning offshore wind projects, and discuss up to what extent the fact that wind farms are located more and more outside the coast might alter the traditional perception of community benefits for renewable energy projects.
Due to the recent developments in the COVID-19 situation in Bergen it was decided that there will be no physical conference in Bergen on 29 September 2020. The program for the Science Meets Industry conference will be split in two parts, with the first part being a webinar on Hywind Tampen!

We are now preparing for a new semester, and we would like to share with you the program for this autumn. We have many interesting topics planned, and more will be announched. The program will be a variaty of webinars, physical lunch-meetings and half-day seminars, and the format will be specified for each event.

On Wednesday the 18th of December we will have our first meeting where we start planning the program for the coming spring 2020. The program will be announced at the beginning of the semester, so stay tuned for news on the website and our social media channels!

The 22-23 October Entro is organizing a seminar on sustainable cities and buidings, and as this is an important issue in relation to renewable energy, we would like to spread the word. The seminar will be held in norwegian. Below is their own description of the seminar

The program for the fall 2019 is being planned as we speak, and we can already tell that a number of different topics will be addressed.
