In this session, we will explore how important it is to have contact with other people, and what we can do to create more belonging in everyday life for ourselves and those around us.

A national public health campaign on mental health, which is marked across the country in weeks 39-42 every year.
World Mental Health Day was established on October 10, 1992, as an international UN day to promote awareness of mental health worldwide. The day is marked in more than 150 countries in various ways. See examples of celebrations in other countries for 2023.
