Research
Abira Paramsothy, M.D., is a PhD fellow within the Section for Epidemiology and Medical Statistics, Department of Global Public Health and Primary Care, University of Bergen (UiB). She is affiliated with the Centre for Translational Research in Epidemiology (TRACE). She completed her Cand.med. degree and the Medical Student Research Programme at the University of Bergen before undertaking her medical internship at Stavanger University Hospital, Norway.
Her current project focuses on registry epidemiology and will examine the associations between reproductive risk factors and future maternal cancer risk.
