is a Senior Researcher at the Uni Research Rokkan Centre in Bergen, Norway, and holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Bergen. He specializes in welfare sociology, and has worked on several projects related to service users' experiences, activation and organizational reform in the Norwegian welfare state, as well as on health care services and labour migration. In 2013, Lundberg co-edited the book Nav - med brukeren i sentrum? (Universitetetsforlaget). He has been a Visiting Research Fellow at Humboldt University (2012) and King's College London (2014).
