Discussant: Endalew Enyew, post-doctoral researcher from the University of Tromsø, will join us to reflect on his application of TWAIL theory to the law of the sea 'Sailing TWAIL: A Historical Inquiry Into the Third World Perspective in the Law of the Sea'.
