2-bedroom cosy apartment close to Haukeland, available mid October - mid January
Our 80 sqm apartment is located in Birkeveien where Landås meets Sletten, a quiet area close to nature, it has everything you need for a stay in Bergen. Well connected to city centre with frequent bus and lightrail (Bybanen), 15-20 minute ride. If you like to be outdoors the mountains Ulriken and Nattlandsfjellet are a short walk away.
- Available: October 20th – January 20th, minimum 1 month stay. Dates can be discussed.
- Rent: 17.000 NOK per month, included high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels
- Deposit: 17.000 NOK (Can be discussed if you only want to rent for a month)
- Electricity payed subsequently every month. Mean monthly sum November-January last year was 1800 NOK.
Our apartment consists of a kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, a large living room and two bedrooms. Master bedroom has 180x200 bed, bedroom 2 (Room 2) has a workplace, and a 80x200 bed. An extra 80x200 can be placed here if needed. Living room has large dining table and sofa area with 40-inch tv (NB.No cable-tv, connect with your laptop or bring an Apple-tv/Chromecast.) Kitchen (from 2023) is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, steam oven, microwave, toast maker, sparkling water machine, dishwasher, pots, cutlery and more. Floors in bathroom, hallway and kitchen are heated. Since we normally live here, the apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay (bed linen, kitchen equipment, towels etc).

Nearest grocery store Kiwi is just around the corner (1 min), and our local shopping centre (Sletten senter) has a large grocery store, bakery, flower shop, Vinmonopol (wine, strong beer and spirits), etc. The area is quiet, with a mix of families, seniors and some students.
We also have a large balcony, albeit it will lack furniture in the winter season. The apartment has a third bedroom (Room 2), which we'll use to store some of our private belongings.
The basement has space for parking bicycles, strollers etc. We also have a large, shared garden. Free car parking in the street outside. Area for drying your laundry in the basement. We expect tenants to dry their laundry there, and not in the apartment.
Due to the roof being renovated, some construction work (Monday-Friday 7-15) must be expected until late November.
Families are welcome! Pets are unfortunately not allowed. We hope you can water our plants during your stay.
