Ambitions for a new decade
On Wednesday 4 May, a seminar for the University Board, the university leadership and the deans was arranged. The board seminar was entitled "Ambitions for a new decade".

Several external speakers attended the seminar, including Sharon Rider from Uppsala University, Mats Brenner from Lund University, Ingfrid Haldorsen, head of the Mohn Medical Imaging and Visualization Center, TV2 director Olav Sandnes and Kjell Salvanes from NHH.
Several speakers from UiB did also attend the board seminar. Together, they contributed with different perspectives on quality development, social contact and breadth versus specialization.
The University Board will receive continuous briefings on the strategy work. According to the plan, UiB's strategy will be adopted by the board in early 2023.
