Call for Papers MoMM Conference 2024
Call for papers! The research group Multilingualism on My Mind (MoMM) is organizing a two-day virtual and free conference on multilingualism on 21–22 March 2024. Contributions from all across the globe and from a variety of perspectives are welcome!
Hovedinnhold
The decision to host the conference entirely online is grounded in our dedication to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG4 (Quality Education for All), SDG10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG13 (Climate Action), aiming to reduce travel-related pollution.
By hosting an academic conference on multilingualism, we continue to serve as facilitators for knowledge sharing, interdisciplinary collaboration, policy development, and raising awareness about the multifaceted aspects of multilingualism in our globalized world. Our main aims are to foster critical discussions about the complexities of multilingualism, including its impact on identity, education, culture, cognition, and society.
