Main content

Knowledge, politics, organization, public interest and political behavior

The research groups' aim is to study and explain how the relations between knowledge and politics shape organizations, community interests and political behavior. We study these connections at various levels and in interactions from the local to the global. The aim of developing knowledge is to search for new realizations and open up for larger human diversity and creativity. For politics, however, the goal is to create a relationship of dominance and secure hegemony for specific interests, values and forms of value creation. The development of knowledge seek to the intersubjective neutrality, towards the basis for understanding. Politics seeks power and hegemony.
