Kombinerer fagfelt i innovative prosjekter (28.01.2022)

To nye forskningsprosjekter kombinerer maskinlæring, kunstig intelligens og bioteknologi med fagfelt som nevropsykiatri, nanoteknologi og kjemi. Med radikale og eksperimentelle metoder vil forskerne kunne utvikle nye legemidler og bedre pasientbehandling.

Exploration and analysis of large biomolecular datasets with spatio-temporal or multidimensional traits (14.01.2022)

The talk will be focusing mainly on spatio-temporal data such as molecular dynamics simulations which are unfavorably known to be hard to visualize. In addition, the speaker will touch upon other biochemical datasets where the “curse of dimensionality” poses the biggest visualization challenge.
