SEAS aims to recruit and bring together a group of 37 highly talented experienced researchers who will provide knowledge crucial for a more sustainable marine future. The project is aligned with UiB’s strong commitment to marine science and ocean sustainability.

The SEAS programme brings together a variety of aspects of marine sustainability, involving all UiB faculties, and many academic and non-academic partners. The Faculty of Law will employ two postdoctoral researchers taking part in SEAS, the first to start in 2024.
