New guest student from Georgia

Natia Geliashvili is a master student from the Eliava Institute of Bacteriophages, Microbiology and Virology in Tbilisi, Georgia, will stay for 5 months in our lab. Natia will carry out metagenomics and cultivation-based analyses of samples from hot springs in Georgia with the aim to recover novel thermophilic microorganisms and identify genes of biotechnological interest.
