IWMO 2013 has a deal with Scandic Hotel Bergen.

IWMO2013 and The Department of Mathematics have entered into a deal with Scandic Hotels Norway and they offer participants at IWMO2013 discount.
They have a fixed rate of 1290KNOK per night for all participants that choose to book a room at their hotel during the conference.
To take advantage of the offer click on www.Scandichotels.com and choose "Scandic Bergen City" as your preferred hotel. In the bottom of the form there is a question "Do you have a booking code?" In that field you enter BUNI130616 and then "Search" and you will be offered the discount for IWMO 2013 participants.
To receive the fixed rate you need to book the room before 1 May. After 1 May you need to contact Scandic Bergen City directly (bergencity@scandichotels.com) to book a room.
