When Artctic Frontiers challenged the director of the Bergen Offshore Wind Center (BOW), Finn Gunnar Nielsen, to introduce offshore wind in Norway in 90 seconds, he highlighted the great potential in deep waters and the need for floating wind turbines. He also emphasized that Norway has built up a unique competence in operations at sea.
