Facilities available to UiB staff
The UiB Brussels Office is co-located at NOHRI (Norwegian House of Research and Innovation) with NTNU, SINTEF and NORCEs offices. Our facilities are available to UiB staff upon agreement with the UiB Brussels Office.

Office spaces
The Brussels Office has one office space, available to all UiB employees to utilize when working from Brussels. The office spot include everything one would need to comfortably work for a shorter or extended period of time, including a conference table to host smaller meetings. To inquire about use of the office spaces, do not hesitate to reach out to Charlotte Eide, the Head of Office, or contact the student interns at the office with any questions.
Our meeting rooms
The UiB Brussels Office also has two fully equipped meeting rooms available to use for meetings, seminars and events in Brussels. These two rooms, Fjord and Foss, can be combined into one large space for events that require extra room or be booked separately. To book these spaces, please reach out to Charlotte Eide, the Head of Office, or our student interns.
Catering
If you want catering for the meeting/event, we can recommend:
- Jeanbon - A simpler lunch with baguettes, salads and desserts.
- Le Pain Quotidien - Offers breakfast, lunch and desserts.
- Kamilou - Offers breakfast, lunch, catering for coffee breaks, and finer events
- El Turco - A Mediterranean restaurant that also offers catering.
- Saveur set Couleurs - Catering for bigger meetings and networking receptions
All of the caterers listed above offer delivery to our offices.
