Main content

Take the opportunity to start the day at the library, and tune in the conversation between two representatives from BIT and one from Theatre studies at UiB in a talk about the moving and updating of the archive, preparations and choices for the exhibition, what discoveries have been made and BIT's history.

About the exhibition

This autumn, BIT Teatergarasjen is showing an exhibition about 40 years of work in and for the performing arts in collaboration with the University Library. In two years, BIT will move into the new Sentralbadet, and this will remark an important step towards a new golden age for international performing arts in Bergen.

The exhibition tells parts of BIT's history since 1984 with the help of posters, programs, stage installations and video, photographs, study material, and more. There will also be several performances in the exhibition during the semester.

Panelists

Will be announced.

Practical information

The breakfast seminar will be held in Babelstuen at the Humanities Library. Registered participants will receive light refreshments during the event, and registration takes place via this registration form.
