Physical working environment

• The Department shall deliver buildings of high quality for students, employees and others, that supports the university's core activities.

Property management and service deliveries

• The Department shall have overarching quality targets for the services it delivers.
• The Department shall be a professional property manager and construction client.
• The Department shall increase the effeciency of its property management and improve its services through digitalization. 

Organisation, management, HSE

• The Department shall have an effecient organization with the right level of competence, interdisciplinary cooperation, and sufficient resources for our tasks.
• The Department shall prevent undesirable incidents and promote a high level of awareness of health, safety and the environment among its employees, the users of the university's buildings, and contractors.

Climate and environment

• The Department shall be a driving force in ensuring that UiB reach its climate and environmental goals.
• The Department shall be a good partner to work with.
