The research project focuses on interest groups representing professions, users and providers of education services in Norway, and compares them to their counterparts in a similar education system (Finland) and in a contrasting one (Germany).

Main content

The POLCAP project focuses on examining the capacity of intere interest groups in shaping public policy in the education domain. Our interest lies in understanding variations across diverse interest types and as well as education governance structures. To understand these variations, we collaborate with external institutions in Norway, Finland, and Germany.

Here, we will introduce our external partners and research team.
