A very warm welcome to the Faculty of Fine Art, Music and Design (KMD) - we are delighted to have you as a student at our faculty! As an introduction we have planned a few welcome events especially for you.

The following events will be an excellent opportunity to get to know your fellow international peers as well as the Norwegian students. Participation is voluntary but highly recommended!
Afternoon trip to mount Fløyen
International students often want to make use of Norwegian nature and we would like to give you a low-threshold introduction to outdoor life in Bergen by inviting you to mount Fløyen with Fløibanen (funicular) and a short hike to lake Skomakerdiket where we will offer some refreshments.
The KMD mentor group will be responsible for this event.
Time: Thursday 8 August at 13:30
Meeting point: The Grieg Academy, courtyard (Lars Hilles gate 3)
Welcome lunch at KMD campus
Don't miss this opportunity to meet KMD staff and fellow international students in an informal setting.
