Personal promotion to Researcher code 1183

Researchers code 1109 holding a permanent position may apply for a personal promotion to Researcher code 1183 based on a declaration of competence.
You submit the application, including enclosures and scientific publications via Jobbnorge by 1st May 2025 in agreement with Magnus Larsen, email: magnus.larsen@uib.no, or Thea Thingnes, email thea.thingnes@uib.no, HR advisers at the Faculty of Sciences and Technology, Faculty Administration (HR-section).
You will find the application form on our website (see below), which must accompany the application.
The scientific qualifications required for personal promotion to Researcher 1183, are equivalent to those applicable to personal promotion to full professorship, (except the requirement pertaining educational qualifications applicable to promotion to full professorship (4.1.2)).
