Title of PhD work:

Spatial analysis of tuberculosis clustering: population based prospective follow up study in Dale, Sidama Zone

Aim:

The aim is to study tuberculosis prevalence, incidence and geographic clustering and its associations with host, environmental and clinical risk factors. We will also explore the added value of systematic use of clustering technic to TB prevention and care program.
