Research

Kenan has published extensively on teacher development, focused on identity development and action research engagement. He often adopts sociocultural theoretical perspectives as a lens for methodology and teacher learning and development. Kenan has co-edited several books on teacher development and research engagement, and he has also co-authored four books focused on various aspects of teaching & learning and pedagogy. He also serves as a reviewer for many journals and leading conferences and has been involved in several international research projects with a recent emphasis of teachers’ research literacy, flipped classroom, feedback literacy, and hybrid learning.
