Biography

Kofi is a PhD Research Fellow in the Bergen Centre for Ethics and Priority Setting (BCEPS) at the University of Bergen. He serves currently as a research fellow on the Support to Evidence Based Priority Setting (StEPS) project in Ghana and a member of the FairChoices research group. Prior to joining BCEPS, Kofi worked as a teaching and research assistant at the Department of Public Administration and Health Services Management as well as the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, all at the University of Ghana for five years.

Research focus

Kofi's research interest span across various disciplines in Health Economics and Population Health Management. These includes (i). Priority setting in Health (ii). Economic Evaluation (iii). Inequalities in Health (iv). Hypertension (v).Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing (vi). Catastrophic Health Expenditures in Health.
