What is a supervison agreement?

The supervision agreement is entered into between student(s) and supervisor(s). The contract outlines the framework for supervision and establishes the number of hours of supervision the student(s) are entitled to. The number of hours depends on the scope of the assignment. The contract also delineates the rights and duties between supervisor(s) and student(s). The primary supervisor should typically be employed at the Faculty of Psychology.

How do I proceed?

Open the contract (link in the fact box) and provide information about yourself, any students you are collaborating with, the assignment, and the supervisor. Follow the instructions for signing and submitting the contract, which will be published on the course page in MittUiB.

If not specified otherwise in MittUiB: Once the contract is completed, it will be sent as a .pdf by email to the address you provided in the form. Print the contract received via email, ensure it is signed by all parties (can also be done digitally), and follow the submission instructions published on the course page in MittUiB.

Deadline for the supervision agreement

The supervision agreement should be completed once a supervisor has been appointed. The submission deadline will be specified on the course page in MittUiB.
