Handbook of Comparative Civil Procedure Law

Magne Strandberg takes part in the project «Handbook of Comparative Civil Procedure Law». Strandberg is in charge of a chapter concerning access to evidence where the law of Germany, US and Norway is compared.   

The book is edited by professors Margaret Woo og Remco van Rhee and will be published at Edward Elgar Publishing in 2024.
