Topic for the quest lecture: What is the procedure when the Norwegian authorities have to notify State aid to ESA? What happens when ESA receives a complaint? And how does ESA actually work with these issues?

Militsa Kostova graduated from the University of Oslo and is Senior Legal Officer at ESA’s State Aid Unit. Previously, Militsa worked with State aid in the State aid section in the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries. Militsa has experience with most areas of State aid law and she has worked with cases concerning tonnage tax scheme, TV2, IPCEI, sugar tax as well as complaints against Posten and Vy. She also holds an LLM in competition law and economy from Brussels School of Competition.
