This week, PhD candidate Joséphine Thorson and Associate Professor Ingrid Barlund, participated at the Nordic Academic Network Meeting for Competition Law in Helsinki. Joséphine presented from her PhD project on killer acquisitions, and Ingrid gave the national report on what has happened in Norwegian competition law since the last meeting in 2022, as well as presenting from an ongoing research project on cartel policies within the Nordic countries. Thank you to Professor Petri Kuoppamäki and his team at the Business School at Aalto University for organizing a great event, discussing ongoing research projects, national updates and topical competition law issues with our academic colleagues in the Nordic countries. We look forward to hosting next year’s network meeting 2025 in Bergen.
