The research group for Legal Theory aims to be a forum for discussion of jurisprudential issues, raising the right theoretical expertise on the faculty and to work towards a closer integration between legal theory and other fields of research.
The research group is led by professor Jørn Jacobsen and professor Synne Sæther Mæhle.
