Cecilie will carry out her master thesis integrated in the project Sea slugs of Southern Norway and shall focus on the taxonomy of the polymorphic nudibranch species Polycera quadrilineataacross Norway and surrounding areas. Preliminary molecular phylogenetic data points to the possibility that P. quadrilineata might be a complex of cryptic lineages. Cecilie will use molecular and morphological characters to investigate this case.
