One of the most exciting decisions from the previous year will be dicussed!

Enviro, in collaboration with Klimafestivalen § 112 - Bergen, hosts a debate on the climate case and its influence on environmental law.

Debate participants:

Cathrine Hambro - lawyer at Wahl-Larsen and argued the case on behalf of Greenpeace and Natur og Ungdom. She has worked with environmental law for several years, and is one of the leading Norwegian lawyers on this area.

Esmeralda Colombo - lecturer at the University of Bergen. She has written several doctoral dissertations on environmental- and climate law, and has worked and studied environmental- and climate law both in Norway and abroad. Colombo is also a member for The Research group for Natural Resource law, Environmental Law and Development Law at UiB.

Ernst Nordtveit - Professor at the Faculty of Law in Bergen. He has worked especially with property law, resource administrative law, legal economy and petroleum law. In addition, he is especially engaged in environmental- and climate law, and holds significant competence on the area.

Jørn Sunde - Professor and legal historian at the University of Oslo.

Sigrid Schütz - Professor at the Faculty of Law in Bergen. She has been a part of and the leader of The Research group for Natural Resources, Environmental Law and Development Law at UiB since 2011. 

Eivind Smith - Professor in constitutional law at the Faculty of Law in Oslo.
