Philipp Wurl 23 years old is currently finishing his bar exam at the University of Heidelberg  after finishing his LL.B. at the University of Mannheim in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

After working at a law firm in Berlin for multiple internships that supports clients all over Germany with questions regarding the licensing of energy networks within the communes, he got to learn about the mechanism of the regulatory activities in the energy markets a first time in depth. After an Erasmus-semester at the UiB and visiting the lectures held by Dr. Herrera-Anchustegui and Dr. Hunter his interest now is to get to know more about the actual used resources for the energy markets, as the driving force behind the fossil industry and especially the regulation on renewables, like offshore wind.

Besides that, his interest are mainly hiking, politics & history and practicing any kind of sports.

We are happy to host Philipp and are looking forward to work with him.
