Entitled to a new exam

Students who have a valid document of absence (according to section 6.10.1) at the end of the written written exam in the teaching semester, are entitled to a new examination at the earliest opportunity in the following semester and no later than March for the spring semester and October for the autumn semester. The absence ground shall be documented as described in section 6.10.2. See Section 6.10.3 for deadlines. The faculty can provide supplementary rules regarding the application procedure at a new assessment. The Faculty of Law may issue rules that deviate from this.
