BSAS: Honouring Vigdis Broch-Due
A Research Seminar In Honour of Vigdis Broch-Due’s Contribution to Anthropology
Hovedinnhold
Professor Emerita Vigdis Broch-Due retired in September 2025 after a distinguished, career-long service to the department. For this seminar in the Spring 2026 BSAS series, we consider her contribution to the department and to the discipline of anthropology more broadly.
Rather than mere retrospection, we invite colleagues and students of Vigdis to engage with her ideas through their own work and discuss how they may shape the future of the discipline at UiB and beyond.
