Internasjonal konferanse i regi av de to forskningsprosjektene DIMENSIONS og Roots of Responsibility. Konferansen holdes på engelsk.
Hovedinnhold
About
This workshop aims to facilitate an inter-jurisdictional, multi-disciplinary conversation focused around two driving questions:
- How is the relationship between culpability and mental disorder best understood?
- Where a defendant’s mental disorder potentially plays an exculpatory role, how can this be fairly and accurately accounted for within the culpability determinations that the criminal law makes?
Across two days, the conference will feature presentations by specialists in philosophy, law, psychology, and psychiatry, followed by comments and discussion.
