Forum for Research Schools Administrators in collaboration with University of Bergen are pleased to invite all administrative coordinators of national research schools to the annual physical gathering.

This year's annual physical gathering for Forum for Research Schools Administrators is hosted by the research schools NORBARN, INRESCOS and HySchool. At this seminar, newer and older National research schools can meet to share knowledge, discuss, and connect on common interests and challenges, with an overarching focus on innovation.
The program:
Location: Media City Bergen, Lars Hilles gate 30, 5008 Bergen.
Lunch will be covered for all participants.
Program:
- 10.00 – 10.15: Welcome + introduction of participants
- 10.15 - 10.30: Summary and discussion about NFR meeting from the day before
- 10.30 - 11.15: Presentation on how to use LinkedIn w/ Solfrid Torvund Langeland, Communication Department of UiB
Break: 15 minutes
- 11.30 – 12.00: Presentation on externship for PhD students w/UiB Ferd, Career Center for Early Stage Researchers of UiB
- 12.00 - 12.15: Mastering Presentation Skills: Exploring Effective Formats for PhD’s w/Monica Fagerlie, INRESCOS at USN
12.15 - 13.15: Lunch
- 13.15 - 13.55: World Café
- Topic 1: Collaboration between research schools (20 min)
- Topic 2: Courses, workshops, funding (20 min)
- 13.55 - 14.10: World Café discussion in plenary
- 14.10 Closing and appointment of a new planning group
- Trip to Kode Bergen
