Service declaration pertaining to the one-year study programme

The one-year study programme at UiB consists of 60 credits and does not result in any academic degree. The one-year study programme can serve as a supplement to other, already completed studies, or it can constitute part of a bachelor’s degree programme. Duties and responsibilities of the University relating to the one-year study programme:

• To offer a relevant and qualifying one-year study programme, leading, for example, to school teaching qualifications
• To provide good information on study programmes

The University expects you as a student to:

• Comply with applicable statutes and regulations
• Validate their individual study plan every semester
• Apply for leave of absence if they are planning a break from your studies
