Conceptual Foundations of Epidemiologic Study Design and Analysis
This course in epidemiologic methods aims to provide participants, particularly within the field of maternal and child health, with insight into advanced principles and techniques used to produce and interpret complex epidemiologic data. Course will be held in-person at UiB campus

Public health and clinical research goals depend heavily on an understanding of epidemiologic research methodology.
This course in epidemiologic methods aims to provide participants with insight into the principles and techniques used to produce and interpret epidemiologic data.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to apply a range of epidemiologic concepts to their research; to assess the reliability of published results; and to interpret the results.
The course primarily targets PhD and Postdoc candidates but will also be useful for senior researchers.
The course qualify for 2 (reading and participation, no exam) or 5 ECTS (reading, participation and exam)
