DCP-4 Volume 4: Universal Health Coverage

This volume will address the impact and cost of essential UHC, the content of UHC, and long-term care. It will:

• Focus on the essential universal health coverage services, practical and normative issues of priority setting as well as impact on health, economic and other key outcomes.
• Suggest updates to DCP3 essential service clusters based on potential improvement and distribution of health and well-being.
• Analyze resource needs for UHC and social care systems in the context of aging populations.
