Researcher education

The research group organizes the course "Researching operational, high risk and resilient organizations and settings. Theoretical, methodological, and ethical issues". This course is developed for Ph.D. candidates at our faculty and other interested researchers. 

The course introduces theory, research methodology, interventions, and ethical issues when doing research on operational organizations, processes, and in high-risk crisis and disaster situations.
