The microscopy rooms house two microinjection stations, three Nikon SMZ-645 stereomicroscopes and two fluorescence microscopes (Zeiss Axio Observer.A1 w/ AxioCam MRc, and Zeiss SteREO Lumar.V12 w/ AxioCam MRm).

The micro-injection stations comprise two Nikon SMZ-645 stereomicroscope, one Eppendorf InjectMan NI 2 micromanipulator and two Picospritzer III pressure systems for cell research.
