About the group

The research is directed towards studying early determinants of cancer and birth defects, long-term follow up of children with specific health conditions and at analytic and methodological issues applicable to genetic epidemiology.

In our research we use data from registries such as Cancer Registry of Norway, Medical Birth Registry, the European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition (EPIC) and the Norwegian Mother and Child Cohort Study.
