1. Immuneassays: Using transfected cells (EUROimmune) to detect antibodies in sera and spinal fluid of patients with possible autoimmune encephalitis.
2. Characterizing antibodies related to encephalitis.
3. CDR1, CDR2 and CDR2L antigen localization in neural tissue.
