Hovedinnhold

A major goal is to elucidate the regulation and function of Arc as a master gene in synaptic plasticity and memory formation, and how mutations in human Arc affect these mechanisms. Cellular imaging techniques play a central role in our multidisciplinary efforts. At MIC, we use the Leica SP5 confocal microscope for time-lapse imaging in primary hippocampal neuronal cultures.
