Main content

Digital transition is changing the way we perform our jobs, research, teaching, and learning. The digital and green transitions are assessed to be a twin transition, highly dependent on each other. Developing and strengthening digital skills are key to the twin transition, and they are necessary to deal with the increasing number of digital tools the European populations are using in their everyday lives. More attention is needed on digital skills and competences as an own focus area in the EU programmes.

In context of the ongoing midterm evaluations of the Erasmus+ and Digital Europe programmes, The University of Bergen and partners want to highlight good practices, and discuss future skills needs and how the European Union may support the development of skills through its policies and programmes.
