In the CanCode-project we can offer MA students close interaction with researchers and Phd students and possibilities to attend project workshops.
If you plan to write a MA thesis in Arabic, law, history, religious studies, anthropology, sociology or political science, you can apply for a MA scholarship of up to 20.000 NOK.
Requirements
The conditions/requirements for the scholarship are:
- Being enrolled as MA student at the University of Bergen, Norway
- Having a supervisor or co-supervisor from among the project members
- Sufficient skills in English
- Some knowledge of Arabic is an avantage, but not necessary
How to apply
For application, submit the following:
- A short letter of motivation
- A short CV
- A short description of the topic you plan to write about
- A budget/plan for expences
Before the final submission of the thesis, a report will have to be handed in including receipts of actual costs.
Up to three scholarhips can be funded.
