Participation terms for industry participants

Industry participation fees 2024:

• Foundations and non-profit research companies (randsone) owned wholly by universities and/or health authorities: Same terms as academic participants. 2500 kr
• Small startups initiated by academic institutions: 6 000 kr (actual costs) and otherwise same terms as academic participants.
• Other companies
      - Participation fee: 12 000 kr
      - Poster presentation: 10 000 kr
      - Speed presentation: 10 000 kr

For the 2024 symposium, being a fully academic meeting, we kindly ask your industry guests to be aware of the following:

• Please refrain from leaving marketing material lying about. Any handing out of brochures etc. should be strictly on a person-to-person basis.
• We will not circulate lists of participants or emails to any of our participants.

From 2025 onwards we will allow space for dedicated industry presentations, exhibitions and sponsorship of talks, sessions of talks and poster sessions. Information on this will follow in the fall of 2024. Please send an email to eli.vidhammer@uib.no if you wish to be updated on this.
