PhD Candidate Mikyung Kelly Seo
Born 1976, holds an MSc in health policy,planning and financing from London School of Economics (LSE) and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) with more than 8 years of experience in health economics and policy. She is currently doing a PhD on economic evaluations on cancer biomarkers supported by CCBIO under the supervision of Professor John Cairns at LSHTM.

She has previously worked in health economics and outcome research (HEOR) in consultancies and international research institutes. Her research interests include health technology assessment, decision-analytic modelling, economic evaluations along clinical trials,and evidence generation.
