The Event Office

The Events Office manages the University Aula in Bergen. The Event Office (Arrangementskontoret) works with the planning and execution of events for the UiB-leadership, such as conferences, ceremonies, lectures, receptions and galas. We cooperate at all times with different participants to achieve the best possible result. We focus on quality regarding events to ensure the best possible outcome.

Would you like to book one of our venues for an event?

Please send an email with the preferred date and a short description of the event to the email address under the location you wish to hire.

Prices for rent, rigg, cleaning, personnel and technical assistance will be sent per request.

Technical supplements in regard to concerts and other events have to be preapproved by the Arrangementkontor before an order is placed.

Universitetsaulaen

Universitetsaulaen can be booked both by University and other culture and buisniess affiliations.

Universitetsaulaen have many usabilities and can be used for ceremonies, award ceremonies, conferences, lectures, meetings, seminars, concerts and other cultureevents including reseptions and galla dinners.

Knut Fægris hus

Knut Fægris hus host doctoral dinners and receptions, the venue is mainly for celebrating the large events at the university.

Bodegaen

Bodegaen is located in the groundfloor of the Knut Fægris hus. In the newly renovated Bodegaen one can hold smaller gatherings both by employees and students.
