The Event Office
The Events Office manages the University Aula in Bergen. The Event Office (Arrangementskontoret) works with the planning and execution of events for the UiB-leadership, such as conferences, ceremonies, lectures, receptions and galas. We cooperate at all times with different participants to achieve the best possible result. We focus on quality regarding events to ensure the best possible outcome.

Please send an email with the preferred date and a short description of the event to the email address under the location you wish to hire.
Prices for rent, rigg, cleaning, personnel and technical assistance will be sent per request.
Technical supplements in regard to concerts and other events have to be preapproved by the Arrangementkontor before an order is placed.
